the first two digits of the code are 22 through 37; and
the code on the container contains K8, SH or Z2; and
the expiration date is 4-1-2022 (APR 2022) or later.

January 2022-

We are excited to have a new nurse practitioner, Sarah Jackel, join our team! Sarah Jackel, PNP, is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her BA in Biology at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. She then completed her BSN and MSN at Jefferson School of Nursing in Philadelphia. She has over five years of PNP experience and most recently worked at Mattapan Community Health Center. In her spare time she enjoys baking, swimming, and spending time with her nephews.

September 2021- We are happy to offer same day, rapid COVID-19 molecular (NAAT/PCR) testing for symptomatic patients. We can also offer send-out PCR COVID testing for asymptomatic patients. Call us to schedule an appointment during business hours!

September 2020- We are excited to have Dr. Elizabeth Pisarik join our team of clinicians at the end of this month!

Dr. Pisarik graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed her residency in pediatrics at Mass. General Hospital for Children. She spent the last three years in Chinle, Arizona caring for children in the heart of Navajo Nation. Dr. Pisarik is accepting newborns and patient transfers.
